Who we are

Celestial Maze (“we”, “us”) is a web design and WordPress development studio. This website is celestialmaze.com. For any privacy question or request, email info@celestialmaze.com.

What we collect and why

• Contact form. When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email address and message. We use them only to reply to you and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one (legal basis: steps prior to a contract and legitimate interest, GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). You also receive an automatic confirmation email.
• Email. If you email us directly, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any project that follows.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.

Third-party services on this site

• Cloudflare Turnstile protects the contact form against spam. It may process your IP address and browser signals. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
• Google Fonts are loaded from Google’s servers to display our typography, which means your IP address is sent to Google. See Google’s privacy policy.
• LinkedIn is only linked from our footer; nothing is loaded from LinkedIn until you click the link.
• Hosting: the website and its email are hosted by SiteGround.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics that profile you, and we never sell or rent your data.

How long we keep your data

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. Client project correspondence is kept as long as required for the project and for legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

Under the GDPR (AVG) you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@celestialmaze.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in the Netherlands: the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

We may update this policy when our website or services change. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
